Sorry I missed the monthly update in January but I am continuing to have publishing issues. Fingers crossed for the month of February!
So how is the construction work progressing. Kier are just over the half way mark - completion of the project on programme for the end of August.
The first part of Phase 1 new build - the 4 classrooms, toilet and corridor - were handed over to the school on time on the 10 February. The second part of this phase - the main hall, reception and offices - is progressing with rendering of the external walls and screeding and plastering nearly complete. The sprinkler tank for the for the fire protection system has been built.
The remodelling and refurbishing works to the exsting school continue.
