SITE REPORT NO 7

Dear Blog Viewers,

Another milestone is nearly upon us, by the end of this week (Friday 19 April)  Kier will hand over the rest of the new extension ie the main entrance, admin offices, new hall and kitchen, community entrance, kitchenette and a few other useful spaces.

I haven't managed yet to photograph the 4 new classrooms and break out corridor but I am told they are functioning well and the School are really pleased with them. Here they are from the outside.

I have photographed the phase just about to be handed over so here is a  sneak preview.You will have to ignore all the clutter and the busy but cheerful workers.  

First of all the main entrance from inside. Then the main hall and the kitchen

and a few more spaces... the food tech room....an accessible wc.....and back to the stunning main entrance.

So good luck finishing off this week, we can't wait to see it complete. Then on with external works... but more of that next month.
